Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) orange Jell-O (sugar-free)
    1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
    7 ice cubes
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and add pineapple liquid to boiling water. Dissolve jello and add ice cubes to chill.
    When jello has thickened, gradually add Cool Whip until smooth.
    Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
    Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Unmold.
