Chicken With Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broilers, split
    salt and pepper
    butter
    1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 c. chicken consomme or chicken stock
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1 medium can mushrooms, stems and pieces
Preparation
    Rub broilers
    with
    salt,
    pepper
    and butter and roast about 30 minutes\tat
    350\u00b0.
    Fry peanuts in olive oil; combine oil and peanuts
    with
    consomme and sherry.
    Whirl in an electric blender. Pour sauce over broilers and continue roasting, covered, for 30 more minutes.
    Serves 4.
