Chicken Marangot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces for 4
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushroom caps
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. white wine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat a clove of garlic in 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and butter.
Brown chicken pieces in this mixture.
Remove chicken to a covered casserole.
Add 2 tablespoons butter to frying pan and lightly brown mushroom caps.
Add chopped tomatoes, white wine, salt and pepper.
Pour tomato-wine mixture over chicken pieces and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until the chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
Serve with white rice.
