Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. fajita meat
    1/2 onion (medium), chopped
    clove garlic to taste
    1 envelope Lipton soup (onion)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and meat with onion, garlic and butter, then simmer 20 minutes in water/soup.
    Thicken with tablespoon flour, then add sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
    Garnish with paprika.
