Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    freshly ground white pepper to taste
    6 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
    salt to taste
    all-purpose flour for rolling the chicken
    2 large eggs, beaten for dipping the chicken
    homemade fine, dry bread crumbs for breading the chicken (about 2 c.)
    vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Blend the butter with the dill, lemon juice and a healthy amount of white pepper.
    On a plate, shape the butter into 12 (1-inch) fingers.
    Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely firm, at least 2 hours.
