Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. light red wine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 qt. strawberries, hulled and pureed
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Boil 15 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Add strawberries and boil 10 more minutes, stirring frequently.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Combine whipped cream and sour cream and fold into strawberry mixture.
    Chill for 2 hours. Serves 6.
