Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour & salt.
    Add to first mixture and blend well. Add chopped nuts.
    Set aside to chill.
    Form the chilled dough into 1 in. balls.
    Place balls 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
    Do not allow to brown.
    While still warm, roll the balls in powdered sugar.
    Cool, then roll again in powdered sugar.
