Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. salad or cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together right in the pan you bake in (8 x 8-inch pan).
    No greasing is required.
    Then make 3 holes in the dry ingredients.
    In the first hole put the oil; in the second hole, put the vinegar; in the third hole, put the vanilla.
    Pour 1 cup cold water over all.
    Stir well with a fork.
    You may add chopped nuts if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Use any frosting you like.
