Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta, grated
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. nacho Doritos
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken. Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add onion and pepper, then cheese. Crush chips and sprinkle half of the package on top of the cheese.
    Mix Ro-Tel and soups together. Spread on top of chips.
    Top with the remaining chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
