Sweet And Sour Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar (90 grain)
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. canning salt
garlic
dill
cucumbers
onions
red hot peppers
Preparation
-
Make
a cold brine of the first 4 ingredients.
To each jar, add
a
clove
of
garlic,
dill,
onion and one red hot pepper. Pack
with
cucumbers.
Pour
the cold brine over the cucumbers and
seal.
Put the jars in a cold water bath until they change color.
