Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork spareribs or country style ribs
    onion slices
    lemon slices
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut ribs into 2-rib serving sections; place meaty side up in roasting pan.
    On each section place a slice of onion and lemon. Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour sauce over meat; roast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting 4 or 5 times.
    Or you may roast ribs for about an hour, then pour sauce over them and baste.
