Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. uncooked regular oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Hershey's Milk Chocolate bar, chopped (about 3 1.55-oz. candy bars)
    1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Process oats in a blender or food processor until ground like flour.
    Beat butter and sugars at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat until blended. Combine ground oats, flour, and next 3 ingredients.
    Add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
    Stir in chocolate and pecans. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake in batches at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
    Cool on racks.
