Rhubarb Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine and set aside the first 4 ingredients.
Cream shortening and brown sugar.
Stir in egg and blend well.
Combine sour cream and soda; add alternately with flour to the creamed mixture.
Stir in rhubarb and vanilla.
Put batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon-butter and nut mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
