Easy Cheese Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together in a 3-quart casserole.
    Melt butter and stir in corn flakes.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
