Carrot Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. onion, minced
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cook
    carrots
    and
    onion together, then mash.
    Add egg and milk; beat thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients and put in buttered
    casserole.
    Sprinkle
    with additional butter and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
