Easy Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make well in center of mixture.
Combine egg and milk; add mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove muffins from pans immediately and let cool slightly on wire racks.
