Chicken Peachy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen rice pilaf
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained well on a paper towel
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Cool mixture. Combine all ingredients in medium size bowl.
    Toss lightly to coat and chill salad.
    Can serve in lettuce cups and serve with nut bread, oatmeal bread or hard rolls.
    Makes 4 servings.
