Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. diced cheese (Velveeta works well)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salt water 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
