Baked Catfish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 4 catfish fillets
salt
lemon pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing
Cheddar cheese
crushed potato chips

Preparation

Salt and put lemon pepper on each fillet.
Place in buttered casserole and spread 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing on each fillet. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on each piece.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
