Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. broken walnuts or pecans
    2 c. coarsely chopped apples, peeled
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure 3 cups of presifted flour and sift with cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, mix together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and apples.
    Add flour mixture. Add nuts.
    Mix.
    Divide into 2 greased 8 x 4-inch bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until it tests done.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
