Red Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. sweet milk
    2 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 heaping tsp. cocoa
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Sift flour and cocoa together and set aside. Cream margarine and Crisco. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and flour alternately. Add extracts and food coloring. Mix thoroughly on medium speed of electric mixer and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
