Macaroni Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
    Add tomato juice and the seasonings.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and boil for about 1 minute. Keep covered and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
