Japanese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 \"boil in bag\" rice
    2 tsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/8 c. mushrooms
    1/8 c. green peas
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce (ginger flavored)
    1 Tbsp. mustard sauce
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice for 10 minutes; drain well.
    While rice drains, fry (scramble) the egg.
    Butter skillet; pour rice into skillet, along with fried egg.
    Add mushrooms, peas, soy sauce and mustard sauce, along with butter.
    Turn heat to medium-high; stir well.
    When mixture begins to fry, turn heat to medium.
    Continue to stir for about 5 minutes, or until well cooked.
    Salt and pepper to taste. (To cut down on sodium, use lite soy sauce.)
