Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. or more long grain rice
    2 c. water for c. of rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 chicken, cut up or 6 chicken breasts
    2 garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Remove fat.
    Season with small amount of salt, pepper and paprika.
    Saute minced garlic 1 minute in small amount of oil.
    Rapidly brown chicken.
    Place rice in greased casserole, water and chicken.
    Pour soups over all.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
