Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Slowly melt 1 cup sugar in saucepan (or iron skillet). Mix 2 cups sugar and milk in another saucepan and boil until first is melted (10 to 15 minutes). Stir constantly. Mix all together. Cook slowly until it forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and add butter. Let cool 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frost a cake made with Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix.
