Chuckwagon Round-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 lb. hot dogs
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
Preparation

Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Combine milk, egg and oil.
Then add to dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
Spread on bottom and sides of pan.
Then mix beans, cheese, onion powder and oregano.
Cut hot dogs in 1/2-inch slices (leave 2 hot dogs).
Mix with beans.
Spoon into middle of pie pan.
Then cut 2 remaining hot dogs in half, then lengthwise half. Place on top of bean mixture skin side up in a spoke fashion.
