Easy Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large peaches or apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
6 slices white bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice peaches (if apples, add cinnamon) in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut crust from bread; cut each slice in 4 pieces and place on fruit.
Mix melted butter, sugar, flour and egg.
Pour on bread slices.
Coat each slice well.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until brown.
