Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 yellow onion
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper in large plastic Baggie.
    Coat chicken cutlets and brown in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Remove chicken from pan.
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add Marsala wine, white wine and chicken.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
