Pork Sausage Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. picante sauce
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    vegetable oil
    12 corn tortillas
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    guacamole
    chopped tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Finely crumble sausage; cook with onion in 10-inch skillet. Drain well.
    Stir in 1/4 cup of picante sauce and cumin.
