Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
    1 c. white or red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. pepper
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish or heavy-duty zip top plastic bag.
    Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients.
    Pour marinade over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally.
