St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped Vidalia onions
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
    4 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well. Saute vegetables until tender. Bring rice, water and soup mix to a boil.
    Boil for 7 minutes. Mix everything together in a casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
