Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together.
    Beat the egg well and add the milk.
    Combine the two mixtures by stirring until smooth. Drop by small spoonful into boiling meat or chicken broth.
