Mashed Potatoes(Can Be Frozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    butter, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes for mashing.
    Whip potatoes.
    Add sour cream, cheese, butter, pepper and salt.
    Place in baking dish; freeze. Remove from freezer.
    May thaw some and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Whip up in dish and serve.
