Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter or margarine
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. uncooked quick oatmeal (not instant)
3 c. corn flakes
1 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips
1 (6 to 12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla; mix well after each addition.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
