Ingredients

1/2 medium head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium head red cabbage, shredded
2 large cucumbers, seeded & diced
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar or splenda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large bowl, toss together green and red cabbage, cucumbers, onions and corn.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, pour over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
