Spinach Salad(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sliced bacon
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. beef or chicken broth
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    8 c. spinach leaves, torn
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings.
    Crumble bacon; set aside.
