Sour Cream Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine flour and corn meal.
    Add milk and margarine; mix. Add egg and sour cream; stir until blended.
    Heat the oil in iron skillet; sprinkle with corn meal.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
