Raisin Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. molasses
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. bran
    3 1/4 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine, mixing well after each addition. Pour batter in an oiled bread pan. Bake right away at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
