Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) cartons pineapple cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
fruit (bananas, strawberries, kiwis, pineapple, plums, etc.)
1/2 c. apple jelly (honey colored)
Preparation

Press cookie dough onto cookie sheet (with sides) sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake according to directions.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Spread over cooled crust.
Arrange fruit decoratively on top.
Melt jelly (I microwave) and brush over fruit to glaze.
Cut in wedges.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
