Cranberry Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
Stir well.
Press into a greased 8-inch dish and chill.
Combine cranberries, sugar and water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in pecans and marmalade; chill.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over crust.
Top with cranberry mixture.
Chill 8 hours.
