Lenten Turkish Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1 zucchini
    2 large potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, slivered
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Slice eggplant, zucchini and potatoes in 1-inch thick slices. Dredge in flour and fry in hot oil.
    Remove from heat and place in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish.
