Stuffed Cabbages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    cabbage leaves
    1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
    Remove cabbage leaves from head and boil in salted water until soft.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Drain.
    Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix. Spoon meat onto each leaf.
    Roll.
    Put toothpick to keep together.
    Put in large pan.
    Add one quart of tomato juice, sugar and salt to taste.
    Bake 1 hour slowly.
