Curried Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Granny Smith apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Core and cube apples.
In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, nuts and raisins.
In a small bowl, blend together remaining ingredients.
Pour over apple mixture; toss lightly with fork until apple pieces are well coated.
Serve on crisp greens. Garnish with apple wedges, if desired.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
