Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
1 small container pimento cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 to 1 can Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
Preparation

Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Add garlic to taste.
Refrigerate to harden.
Shape into ball.
Roll in nut pieces.
Wrap and chill in refrigerator.
Much better flavor if made a day or two before serving.
