Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, chipped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Stir in milk and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add all other ingredients over low heat.
    Transfer to hollowed out dark bread and serve dip with bread pieces.
    Serve warm.
