Quick Veg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat
    2 qt. water
    2 cans (large) tomatoes
    4 beef bouillon cubes or canned broth
    4 cubes vegetable bouillon
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in small amount oil.
    Add water, tomatoes and beef and vegetable bouillons.
    Simmer 1 hour, more if needed.
    Add vegetables and seasoning.
    Simmer 1 hour or until vegetables and meat are done.
    Great for unexpected company and nourishing too.
