Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oil (2 inches deep).
    After you mix batter, pour it into the hot oil, moving it in a circular motion then in a crisscross pattern until you have made a cake about the size of a small doughnut.
    When lightly browned, remove from oil and drain on paper towel.
    While hot dredge them in powdered sugar.
