Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. grated potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    1 can mushrooms with liquid, chopped
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into a large thick meat loaf or put in a loaf pan.
    Bake one hour in 350\u00b0 oven or until brown.
