Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe avocados, mashed
    2 tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
    1 onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 3 cups.
