Garden Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    3/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 to 2 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first 12 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with chips. Yields 5 cups.
